The Doylestown Arts Fest has been a tradition as Bucks County’s premier arts festival since 1991. Celebrating its 24th year on September 12 and 13, the Doylestown Arts Festival is a can’t-miss, free, two-day event that puts the area’s local artists at center stage.

The Doylestown Arts Festival puts the spotlight on the work of 160 of the area’s talented artists. Weave through the many tent displays to explore local arts expression that takes shape in a journey through color, texture, and contour across a wide variety of mediums. Entertainment for All Ages
Sunday’s arts fest events run alongside the Thompson Bucks County Classic bike races. Hundreds of cyclists whizzing by downtown Doylestown adds another layer of excitement to the festival atmosphere to take part in, with five races held throughout the day.
The festival will also host five music stages stationed throughout downtown Doylestown, providing endless entertainment to soundtrack the art enjoyment. From smooth jazz tunes to pretty and poignant folk melodies, acoustic interpretations of classic jams and uplifting pop and rock choruses, attendees have the opportunity to take part in free up-close-and-personal music shows over the course of Saturday and Sunday.
Downtown Doylestown will be shut down to be transformed into the event’s bustling festival grounds. Nearby parking garages will be open (many of which are free), including the Bucks County Garage on Broad and Union Street, the Wells Fargo Lot on Court Street, and the County Parking Lot on Court and Broad Street. The free Doylestown Dart shuttle will be making rounds to the lots all Saturday and Sunday to connect festival attendees to the downtown festival area.
