2015 Nissan Versa vs Honda Fit Vehicle Comparison

There is not much to choose between the selling price of the 2015 Nissan Versa and the Honda Fit vehicles. The Versa is slightly cheaper, but when you compare these two small but extremely economical cars, you will discover a few distinct differences.

The new Honda Fit comes with a new platform, a brand new look, and a new engine and transmission. For the first time it also appears as if the aesthetics of the vehicle were considered. The vehicle appears, at first glance, to be bigger than its predecessors, but it is actually shorter by 1.6 inches. The new Honda Fit is still the same height, but a little bit wider. (Only 0.3 inches.)

The new edition still presents a 1.5 liter displacement and 4-cylinder engine, but the rest of the engine is loaded with dual overhead cams and direct injection (an improvement on the previous port injection & one lobe stick), and it packs an additional variable timing control. • EV is offered (with an estimated range of 82 miles)

The fuel economy of the 2015 Honda Fit is recorded at 29/37 mpg (city/highway) and an impressive 33/41 with the CVT included. Expect a more modern transmission, which includes a sixth gear for the manual model. A CVT is included with the automatic model.
