Don’t Miss Out on Gameday with the Philadelphia Eagles

What would you consider the tenets of a true Philadelphian? Is it a deep love for American history? An innate predilection for the cheesesteak? Or maybe just veins that run green with Eagles fervor?

When football season returns this year, you better wear your Philadelphia Eagles spirit loud and proud. This guide will show you how.

Lincoln Financial Field: The Home of the Philadelphia Eagles

The Lincoln Financial Field’s season of glory is nigh (fingers crossed)! Come fall, it’ll be alive again. And when it is, you better be there waiting.

The Philadelphia Eagles will host their first home game of the regular season against the Giants on Sunday, September 24, 2017. Kickoff is at 1:00 PM, so you better arrive around…oh, let’s say 6:00 AM or so.

We’ve Mastered the Art of Tailgating

There’s nothing classier than an Eagles tailgate (seriously, nobody does it better than us Philly fans). From the insane barbecues to the spirited…er, pep talks, and of course, the beer! Doors usually open at the Linc two hours before kickoff, so you better claim your spot early.

When you arrive, stock up on snacks and beer (we might recommend a six pack of some Philly-brewed Yards craft), and come armed with plenty of face paint. An Eagles fan without a sense of pageantry isn’t really a fan at all.

Once the doors open, you can head to the northern gate to relax at the HeadHouse Plaza. This is the perfect place to stock up on some extra brews or hit up the team store. But, you could also check out one of the stadium’s 300 concession stands, like Chickie’s & Pete’s or Tony Luke’s.

The Linc Isn’t the Only Place to Watch the Philadelphia Eagles

Did you miss out on tickets? No worries. The whole city bleeds green on gameday. You could walk into almost any bar in Philly, and you’re bound to catch the game.

However, if you’re looking for a next-level experience, XFINITY Live! is about as close to a live game as you can get without actually stepping foot in the stadium. There’s not a bad seat in the house, thanks to their 32-foot, million-dollar high-def TV.

Fly Eagles Fly!

Look, we say this every year, but…this really might be their season. If it is, you don’t want to miss a moment of it. Be sure to show your support for the Philadelphia Eagles, both in person and online through their social media, during the 2017 season!
