2015 Nissan GT-R

2015 Nissan GT-R ReviewThe 2015 Nissan GT-R is sure to get you from downtown Philadelphia to Doylestown or Lansdale in no time! With high performance engines, seriously beautiful interior design, accessories, the best entertainment and comfort technology in the market, you’ll feel like a celebrity driving or riding in this supercar.

The 2015 Nissan GT-R comes standard with a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged 24-valve V6 engine which produces 545 horsepower at 6,400 rpm, 463 lb-ft of torque at 3,200–5,800 rpm, and makes you feel like you’re launching into space on a rocket ship. Each engine has a top speed of 195 miles per hour and is hand-crafted in a clean-room environment by a master technician. The GT-R features Double Overhead Camshafts (DOHC) with Continuously Variable Valve Timing Control System (CVTCS) on intake valves, a direct injection system, and ATTESA E-TS® All-Wheel Drive (AWD) with patented independent rear-mounted transaxle integrating transmission, differential and AWD transfer case which gives amazing control regardless of the strange Philadelphia weather.

The V6 engine is paired with a dual clutch six-speed transmission with three driver-selectable modes: normal (for maximum silkiness), R-Mode (for maximum performance with fastest shifts), and Save (for long distance driving and gentler torque transfer for smooth driving on slick surfaces). The steering column-mounted paddle shifters provide full sequential manual control or fully automatic shifting, which gives you ultimate control for a smooth and lightning speed ride. In R-Mode, Predictive pre-shift control uses throttle position, braking input, and vehicle speed to pre-select the next gear change giving you a seamless and extremely quick gear change.

2015 Nissan GT-R InteriorThe interior has several options for seating upholstery including leather with synthetic suede inserts, hand-stitched semi-aniline leather, Black/Red Recaro® leather, and NISMO® Recaro® leather with synthetic-suede inserts. Heated front seats are standard as are aluminum-trimmed pedals and carbon-fiber and charcoal brushed metal interior trim.

The 2015 Nissan GT-R features some great technology gadgets including the Nissan hard drive navigation system (to help you avoid the traffic from Lansdale) which has a 7 inch VGA touch-screen monitor and voice recognition with NavTraffic and NavWeather, rearview monitor, Nissan Intelligent Key with push button ignition, Bluetooth hands-free phone system, HomeLink universal transceiver, and dual zone automatic temperature control.

The entertainment system in the GT-R can be controlled through the leather wrapped multi-functional steering wheel. The available Bose audio system with active noise control with 11 speakers including dual subwoofers features MP3/WMA CD and DVD video playback capability, SiriusXM Satellite Radio with 3-month trial subscription, a USB connection port for iPod interface and other compatible devices, and audio streaming through Bluetooth wireless technology.

2015 Nissan GT-R ReviewThe 2015 Nissan GT-R isn’t your typical sports car. It’s a supercar built for performance. Whether you want to speed around tight curves or just look at the beast as it gently purrs in your Doylestown garage, you’ll definitely want to give it a look up close and in person.
