“Awesome experience from start to finish! I am not a fan of the whole car buying process. My only regret is that I didn’t start here first! I write reviews on all my purchases – and trust reviews myself. So if you are shopping for a car – READ THIS REVIEW because buying a car is a HUGE purchase for most of us. Start at Montgomeryville Nissan!
Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. Before yesterday, I didn’t know these guys. Heck, I drove all the way from Central Jersey looking for the best deal. The team I dealt with get it. Sure, they’re looking to make a sale but these guys made the whole process different – IN A VERY GOOD WAY. There was no pressure to do a credit check the minute you walk thru the door, there was no pressure to sell me something more expensive, there was no pressure to close the deal, there was no pressure to add hidden fees or extras. The process was simple and straightforward – AS IT SHOULD BE. Mike S. showed me the car. Pete (who heads the used car sales) knows a lot about cars – and a lot of banks to get you the best interest rate. And John (who does the finance part of the deal), well let’s just say I came home and referred to him as Honest John. We, as customers, have kids to put thru college and retirement to save for and elderly parents and medical bills ourselves. In addition to being fair and honest, these guys were kind and patient. I left knowing that they gave me a GREAT deal – and that’s what’s gonna get me to go back to them again!
I am a mom of three, with a husband and full-time job. With 175,000 miles on my minivan, it was time for a new car – and it became my job to find one because the rest of the family was “conveniently busy.” After an online search, I drove from Central NJ to PA for what seemed like the best deal on an almost new Jeep – it was well worth the drive! I met with Mike S who showed me the Jeep. He was ever so patient as I asked to be left alone to take pictures and get input by phone from my oldest son (an engineer and Jeep fanatic) and my husband (who wanted to have his say in the cost). There was NO pressure to do a credit check and NO pressure to force the sale. After being offered much more than I thought for my minivan as a trade (Thanks, Pete!), I was ready. (In addition to being worried about getting a fair deal, I’m sure the moms out there can relate to my also being emotionally attached to that van, which my kids and their friends grew up in.) When it came time to sign off, I met with John. I was skeptical – and kept waiting for it … but there were NO hidden fees. There was NO pressure for extras. The numbers were straight-forward. The process was simple. After I was finished, I was relieved – and my daughter is EXTREMELY happy with her new Jeep. I wanted to send a note after purchasing our 2016 Murano SL this past Monday night. I’ve been researching new SUVs for over a month, pouring over reviews and checking out different makes and models. We had originally checked out the Murano at a different dealership and then stopped into Montgomeryville about 2.5 weeks ago to view your extensive inventory when we met Moses. We explained that we were still in the research phase and he understood and was willing to answer our questions. I had narrowed my choice down to the Murano and Highlander, leaning towards the Murano when we came in again on Monday for pricing. Moses greeted us and quickly pulled around my choice of trim and color while having our trade evaluated. After presenting a 2nd compelling offer he gave us the time to sit in the showroom and make the decision without feeling under tremendous pressure, which is important to me (I still had to decide on my favorite color after all!). We had an equally pleasant experience with John when going through the financing and documents. We felt treated with respect and can say that you really “earned our business” and will be happy to work with your dealership in the future. I even appreciated the other sales person who gave our 3 year old 2 chocolate bars which had him bouncing around the showroom. No doubt someone was cursing us the next day when they were wiping up little handprints off all the cars. It’s only been 2 days but I love it- it’s exactly what I wanted, it has sharp styling and feels luxurious with the flexibility of an SUV. I’ll be happy to reflect our excellent experience when we receive the manufacturer’s survey and also to recommend your dealership to friends or colleagues. “Two for the price of one, yeah, what’s the catch? But there was none. My sister and I went to Montgomeryville Nissan on a Saturday at 12pm and both of us walked out with two brand new cars at 3pm. I chose the 2015 Altima and she chose the 2014 Sentra. The sales team was amazing, working hard to make us both happy. After 3 hours, yes 3 hours, and only a trade in car, we both are now driving brand new cars paying for only one. I have had my car for about a month now and still can’t believe the deal. “I worked with Drew and Walt to buy a CPO Nissan Xterra. Both were pleasant, polite and more importantly, knowledgeable. As I lived about 80 miles from the dealership, most of my interaction was over the phone with Drew. We settled on the price, the interest rate and after being provided with photos, even settled (subject to seeing it) on the price of my trade-in. I basically bought it over the phone. On arriving at the dealership, Walt took over and all promises were met bar one, the finance price was not what I’d been promised, IT WAS LESS! The car was nicely prepped and the only fault we could find was with one of the driver seat adjustment knobs. Walt made sure this was fixed before we drove off. In summary… Great car, great price, great dealership. Remember that most people providing a review do so to complain and get back at the dealer for what they perceive as an injustice. When I look at the reviews here against the volume of cars these guys sell, Montgomeryville Nissan deserves an overall 5 star rating. I’m sure they are no more perfect than you or I (well maybe just you, I’m pretty much perfect) but they are as good an outfit as I have ever dealt with. Well done guys.”

“Had a very good experience at Montgomeryville Nissan. I’ve been looking for a new car for about six weeks. I went to several dealers and honestly all four of them were either rude, not enough staff in showroom or just not professional. “Anybody needing a vehicle new or used should really stop by Montgomeryville Nissan in Montgomeryville, PA. I was involved in an auto accident and needed a vehicle fast. Using cars.com I found the 04 jeep grand Cherokee I purchased 5/09/13 from Montgomeryville Nissan. It was by far the BEST vehicle purchasing process I had in my life – my salesman Terry Jurczak who went well out of his way with the excellent service he provided, sales manager Drew Pearlman who did a fantastic and very quick job getting my deal done, and business manager Steve Natale who got me a great price and rate. I saw the vehicle I wanted but had no way of getting to the dealership. They picked me up at my front door and I live over an hour away. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE, GREAT VEHICLE but even more important GREAT PEOPLE to deal with, the whole process went really smooth and rather quick. READ THIS! If you go to this dealership you are a lucky one. My daughter needed a newer car with less mileage, and we had been in search mode for about 2½ months. We were looking for something specific with no luck, but I had done my research and knew the going price of the year, model, etc. I stopped in at Montgomeryville Nissan after hours on a Saturday night to take a quick on the lot, and Drew was still there with Mike. I approached them and I explained to Drew what I was looking for, and he mentioned something he had on the lot. I told him noooo too much $$$ I need something cheaper since it is for my daughter. He said he completely understood and handed me his card, asked me to email him with what I am looking for, make, model, year preference, mileage, price range, color, any specific options and so on. I was assured that if what I was looking for was out there, he would find it. Being the cynic I am, naturally I didn’t email him right away, and I finally got around to it late that Monday night. He emailed me Tuesday that he remembered me and he would take a look and see what he could find for me. Wednesday I received an email from Drew with a car he could obtain for me if I was interested and quite honestly I almost fell off my chair. It was EXACTLY what we were looking for AND MORE with a price that I knew was reasonable and required no haggling whatsoever. I have never bought a car without haggling for hours on the price, so this was definitely not the norm for me, and trust me I liked it a heck of a lot better. He actually LISTENED to what we wanted and handed it to me on a silver platter. A dealership that employs people who actually have a comprehension that as consumers we can go anywhere and buy anything we want from whomever we want, AND THEY WANT OUR BUSINESS! How refreshing is that? The car was produced as promised and beautiful. Additionally, they are the nicest and truly sincere bunch of individuals you could come across. The actual purchase experience at the dealership was very pleasant for both of us, and they took the time to educate my young daughter a bit in the credit and contract world. It is never a bad thing to learn something. So, with that said, if you are looking for a car and you don’t feel like spending 2½ months looking like I did, STOP HERE FIRST. Other options are just a waste of time. Drew and Mike will be receiving a call from us when we are in the market again for a car, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

I was given exemplary service at Montgomeryville Nissan by Brian Cunnane and Drew Pearlman. Brian was knowledgeable and polite and helped me find a vehicle that would meet my needs. Both Brian and Drew made the process and car buying decision easy by answering all of my questions in a friendly matter and making it a no-pressure purchase.

Both Mike L, the new car sales manager and Moses, my salesman who introduced me to Mike are TOP NOTCH. As a professional technical sales rep, I can quickly differentiate the scum bags from the incapable from the best. This team is fantastic. They LISTENED to what I wanted and what my budget was, and politely laughed when I was unrealistic (most sales people want everything for nothing). The difference is MOST dealerships will brush me off BUT the good ones come to the table with very reasonable options. By this I mean darn near their best offer. The best of the best don’t even attempt to play games, they cut right to the bottom line with a take it or leave it attitude because they’re treating you right. These are the dealers that shine and will get one of my best google stars. This is the first dealer to actually get one. I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough.
I bought a brand new 2012 Nissan Rogue from Montgomeryville Nissan. The guy who sold me the car, Steve, really made the whole process enjoyable. The finance manager also was there to guide me step by step to reassure me that I was getting a great deal. Overall, I had a great experience when buying my first car.
I have been to this Nissan dealership 3 times looking for the right car. The salesman have always been amazing! I went in last week and met Fran. He asked me what I was looking for and LISTENED! It was great. He only showed me what I wanted to see, nothing out of my price range or too fancy. When I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the monthly payments, Fran said he would keep an eye out for me and give me a call. He called me THE NEXT DAY with an amazing car! Little older, cheaper so monthly payments are less! Drew, the sales manager, worked very hard for us too finding the best rates possible! And Daryll, the finance guy was a sweetheart and helpful as well! Fran drove us down to the service center to set up my first service appointment and introduce me to the service guys! I went to 4 other dealerships the other day and the customer service did not even compare! I walked out within minutes of talking to the sales guys. Fran was BY FAR, the nicest and most helpful car salesman I have ever dealt with! I was amazed at the level of customer service and how accommodating Montgomeryville Nissan was! This was a great buying experience. Aman really helped me pick out the car that was best for me, and Steve went out of his way to get me a great deal as well as an awesome maintenance plan. My experience at Nissan was wonderful. My salesman, Darryl had already taken care of everything before I had arrived. He speeded up the process for me and still provided excellent service. He answered all of my questions and took care of my concerns. He explained everything to me, and in less than an hour, I was driving off the lot in my brand new Altima. Thank you so much !!!!! I found myself at the end of my lease on my 07 Murano and the dealer where I got the vehicle was no longer in business. Having heard nothing good about the Nissan dealer close to my home, but still loving the brand, I went to Montgomeryville. I made a call on a Thursday and spoke to the leasing specialist and on Saturday afternoon I was driving off in my new car. I found everyone extremely helpful and easy to work with. I will absolutely return to Montgomeryville Nissan!
